The Seifulina K-A project in Karakhstan is a complex of 16-storey buildings, in Almaly. DOUL has participated in consulting on the design and construction of a high-end residential area combined with commercial and entertainment centers for the locality.

The project is especially more interesting when connecting the spaces of the podium with the surrounding urban infrastructure, creating a very classy entertainment and commercial complex.
