Located on a plot of land with an ideal area of ​​84,539 m2, Daewoo Hotel Complex includes 03 main functions: 411-room hotel block - 18-storey office block and rental apartment block, these blocks share the same 03 spacious basements.

This is one of the most high-end projects in Hanoi City after Vietnam entered the opening period. The project was completed in 1996, creating an important highlight in the area, contributing to marking Hanoi's civilized urban development in the new era.

Located in a prime location at the intersection of Kim Ma and Lieu Giai, this complex has become an important place to not only welcome heads of state from countries visiting Vietnam, but also organize other economic and cultural events of Hanoi City.

This is also one of the first projects that DOUL carried out in Vietnam. Along with the Lotte Hanoi Center project, the Daewoo hotel complex is DOUL's pride when we participated in the design and construction of these important projects.
